Used this for the first time today, twice. 1st booking was smooth and after an address issue was sorted out by a quick call from the cabby, they arrived in a 2 mins. 2nd time was anything but smooth. Booked and waited about 15 mins, then had a txt from Oyster Cabs (not Yellow Cabs) saying that the ride had been cancelled. Walked to the station to get a cab from there, then got another txt to say the cab was on its way. Thankfully, the cabby waited for me to get back to the original pick up!
Find this app great does sometimes not work during busy periods but 9/10 it works fine. I especially like that you can track vehicles and app provides you with name of driver an registration number of vehicle. I have 2 teenage daughters and always use the app to book taxis for them as the fact they can confirm it is their taxi by checking number plate and asking driver his name.just reassures me
Stopped working soon after the update. So I reinstalled but then couldn't install it hoping that would fix it.. was a good app before it stopped working.
Logged out by mistake. Then the app say my email was not registered! Uninstalled, and now it does not work at all. Very bad!
