Women Leading Change is a movement that empowers leading business women to lead, change and give impact to their families, work field, community, environment and industry.

Founded in 2018, by Dr. Ayla Dewi Aljufrie, MBA in Jakarta, Indonesia, Women Leading Change movement Indonesia is a CSR and SDG Initiation Program of Global Property, Bank Centre and The Poppy Dharsono Foundation and evolves on the premise of womens empowerment as the heartbeat of its movement, that encourages and invites business women and woman entrepreneurs to be at the forefront in leading the change on various parts of life especially in the field of business and entrepreneurship.

Women Leading Change mobilizes women entrepreneurs from various industrial sectors, countries, organizations and backgrounds, all of which will be presented access to global market so that they can expand their business network internationally and create vast new opportunities in international market and also to be able to share information, knowledge and expertise.
