It's March 8, 2022 there has not been an app update since December 2, 2021. App. Keeps crashing with newer Android phones, need to update the app. to correct the issue.
The app has good features, however after adjusting any settings it crashes and you have to restart it. Using a Google Pixel 4 XL Android phone. It would be nice if they could fix the bugs.
This app has been crashing a ton and the cameras are not sending pics. And just powering off.
The app is so, so I agree with other reviews that you should be able to remotely trigger the camera to force a settings change or just to capture a photo to assure everything is still OK. My camera is at a remote hunting camp an hour and a half away, for the cost of a V200, you should have remote control over the camera.
The app works great besides two major points. One you can't use the app to ping the camera to make sure its still working it relies on the last transmission to update camera settings or to see if the camera is still active. The second problem with the app is that it will not allow me to download the photo to the phone."
