Surya City Hospital was started on 2009 as name of Surya Hope Hospital near SGPGI in the supervision of Dr. S.K Rastogi (holistic Physician and surgeon, Gastro and Diabetologist). The aim of hospital is to give medical services to the poor patient and patient who come in SGPGI and they not get bed or ICU bed in Emergency or any other region.

Dr. S.K. Rastogi completed his PGDHHM from SGPGI through IGNOU then he upgrade Surya City Hospital . It is a charitable hospital (Recognized under section 80G run by VARTIKA Foundation).

The VARTIKA Foundation have a large vision in future that make its charitable role in Medical Education and Engineering Education.

Through VARTIKA Foundationhospital make Family health card and Hospital family member. If a family purchase this card then he get free General OPD and discount in admission, operation, medicine and pathology upto 20% and his family will be fascilitated in future in Admission, scholarship in as the growth of hospital and Vartika Foundation
