False advertising.. you book and they try to upcharge you in order to bring things like lighting and backdrops, despite calling their headshot office/team package all-inclusive. Without these items their work provided will be below professional level.
BEWARE! This is a pathetic platform to get a photographer for your photoshoots. Photographer assured their photographers have experience with newborn shoots and our photographer said she's never handled kids! Not to mention, she didn't help with any newborn prep despite agreeing for just that - which was just to get the business! Their customer service is incompetent! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! SNAPPR WILL DISAPPOINT!
Bait and switch is what best describes this fraud company. We hired a photographer off their platform who was not only unhelpful and incompetent but clicked worse pictures with her DSLR than what we clicked with our smartphone! Their customer service is 100% useless! AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS!
Highly unsatisfied with the experience. Scheduled for nighttime photos on the Brooklyn bridge. The photos we got back were highly over exposed, done in poor posing and the edits originally done looked like filters from the 90s. They re-edited the photos and while the photos were much better unfortunately they only from some of the worst photos Ive seen to starkly below average photos. Do not waste your time or money with this service. The price does not remotely match the quality of service.
Super shocked to see how many people were unhappy with the service. We booked a photographer that initially canceled, but were contacted and allowed to rebook with someone new. The photographer that we chose was super nice and professional and we got our photos back in 48 hours. Not every photo was a winner, but we walked away with at least 40 great shots. I'm so sorry that others had a negative experience, but we loved our couple shoot and would happily work with our photographer again!"
