Buggy app!! i own a full motion kit, and whenever i setup a target to follow from A-B it will bug out 8 out of 10 times and id have to unplug it and plug it back in to reset the system, very unreliable control app for a very expensive piece of technology. i paid $3500 for this kit and i really have to be super patient every time i intend on including in in my workflow. wish there was a more reliable way to control it or even a hard wired remote control, I would've been happier with that!
Useless app! will not connect to sliderplus or head module. Spent thousands of dollars on the equipment and can't use it. Extremely disappointed.
We are a video production house based in Bangalore India. We have purchased a motion kit bundle (01/31/2018 Invoice #) for $ 3,421.98 but it literally never worked. We have complained multiple times in the last two years. We always received some tutorial videos as responses. Later we were promised that the company will replace the head module but the promise was never realized we have never received any update from the brand. After spending 3500 $ we couldn't use the product at all
I own the old SliderPlus Pro Xlarge with the Target and Action Module and \n' +
was thinking to upgrade to the new and much advanced SliderPlus X with \n' +
MotionKit as I was impressed by its amazing features seen in your website! \n' +
But after seeing all this negative feedback of the app, I totally changed \n' +
my mind. So, NO thanks.. And NEVER EVER release a non working product.. \n' +
This just will affect your company reputation so badly and you already lost \n' +
