Poor... Beyond disappointing. You would think that this app would would work great to go along with your mirror but unfortunately the app is horrible. This was one of the main reasons why I had purchased this mirror because of the app but unfortunately you have no control of your mirror unless you manually do it yourself with out the app. So therefore, I'll un stalling and returning the mirror as well. Huge disappointment.
Hands down, one of THE most frustrating apps to use. How are you still selling mirrors upwards of $300+ that rely on the app as one of its main features/selling points and the app doesnt work?! The mirror was a gift and I feel like it's a curse to use. The app was last updated November 2017... do better.
This is app is the pits. The mirror is not linking up to my phone. This mirror is too expensive for the not the app to link nevertheless work to use to it's pull potiential. I restarted my phone several times & I am not getting anywhere with this. I really want to keep it, but not so sure now. Sincerely aggravated, annoyed, & angry.....
My mirror stopped working so I sent it back and they sent me a 'certifed refurbished' one (whatever). The default light setting on the replacement is awful so I tried to link to it via the app to change the light settings, and it's still linked to the previous owners account! You'd think unlinking accounts would be part of their refurbishing protocol. Any half-decent app developer could make major improvements to this app in no time. It's pathetic. Hello, customer service...it's me AGAIN!!!
I'm confused with this app. I constantly have to relink my mirror. I tried moving it around thinking it was my wifi.. not helpful. could you guys please update this app. I am on the cusp of returning this mirror because of the app. like the concept not the follow through."
