Signature - Daisy Health Download

Daisy Health is a centralized prescription management and fulfilment system for Jamaica.
This system will provide a common platform to integrate the medical prescribers like Doctors along with service providers like Pharmacy, Pathology and Radiology for patients. On this platform patients can attain medical prescription from the professionals and the same prescription will be fulfilled by the service providers. Business proposition is focused on commission modules where the Daisy health will consent on commission values with the medical prescriber and service provider.

In this system medical prescribers and service providers work based on profile, where this profile is a combination of medical prescriber/service provider, location and user. Here, both the participants( Medical Prescriber and Service Provider) have the option to enroll dedicated staff members
with distinct roles and permissions.

In this Daisy Health - Signature application we are capturing user's signature, which will be used on Daisy Health providers portal.
