I have been using this app for my routes with Culligan for years now and while it functions as it should most of the time, it's missing a few features that were available on the original program before the app was developed. Such as the ability to void a generated delivery if a mistake or a change was made after closing it out. Currently the only option is to open a new delivery for the customer and having to fix or delete the product counts after closing the route on the office PC.
Always shutting down while making in program notes, counted 47 app needs to shut down alerts in just one day. Get those alerts even when not in use during evenings and weekends. This app is absolutely garbage, never gets updated or repaired. No responses to feedback, tech support and developers clearly don't work on it or care. I'd rate this program less then 1 star if I could."
