This app was created by a landlord for the landlord. Primary and secondary tenant information is stored in the app; such as, name, address, phone number, and email. A receipt may be completed in the app. The app is designed to track rent amounts, calculate late fees, and prompt when miscellaneous charges have been applied to the account. Real time receipts may be printed, emailed, or texted. Charges for damages incurred by the tenant may be maintained. Each time collector picks up rent, a reminder of charges is provided. Mass text may be sent to tenants. Deposits may be tracked. Itemized deposits may be printed. Descriptions of each house is stored. When a prospective tenant calls about available homes, a text of vacant homes may be sent with ease with detailed descriptions. Pay histories of each tenant is printable. User may choose to store tenant information in contact list. If this feature is used, the tenant's name and address appears when the tenant calls. Accounts may be sorted by who owes the most money, collection date, or oldest last date paid.
