ReFix - Servicing and Repair Management app Download

We designed and developed ReFix by keeping in mind that the trouble these Servicing and Repairing centers are facing in terms of keeping records of new arrivals and dispatches and associated financials with these.

Key features

* Job card: When any new unit arrives for servicing or repairing it can be registered here with both customer and unit details. Status of the same can be tracked with Pending, Completed and Non-repairable statuses and it lets to Call, Message and WhatsApp the customer any time required.

* Dispatch: All the completed and non-repairable units appear here and after a customer takes back his unit it can be marked as dispatched.

* Orders: If there are any new materials for the store that has to be bought or if customers give an order for any material that can be registered here with the approximate amount and advance received from the customer.

* Solution History: Steps taken for any servicing or repairing of a unit can be registered here, In the future, if any similar kind of case or problem arrives then these steps can be referred to resolve the case.

* Store Profile: Store details can be saved here like logo, name, address, caption and terms and conditions of the store. These will be reflected in on-demand generated brief bill in Jab card.

* Back-Up: Back up of the local database can be created here, this can be used when any time if your device gets down or lost then you can again backup all the data in your new device with this backup file.
