PainSled connects your Concept2 and WaterRower indoor rowers to fitness tracking and workout experiences like Strava, Zwift, TrainingPeaks, and Rouvy. It also logs your rowing workout data and lets you export it to formats like TCX, CSV, or JSON.

PainSled can also make your indoor rower appear to be a cycling power meter or smart treadmill, so you can participate in online group workout experiences like Zwift or Rouvy.
