There are many bugs to be fixed! Like photo are unable to be uploaded even when captured at present moment! Tried 3 different devices! 2ndly the text is not visible which is typed or being typed!
No option of raising complaints If you compare other MCD apps they habe in-app feature to raise complaints. It act as a one-stop shop. Reason to download the app for a normal citizen is not to know traffic situation of sports complex or parks near me. Google maps does it very well. NMCD should focus and highlight its own work
Pathetic app. MCD department doesnt respond to complaints. App is not sending OTP to the mobile number
There are many bugs as we open complaints and comment section the app automatically shut down Please fix it
When i click on comment it is not allowing me to comment and when click on it the comment has been redirected to home page of the app.'
