Very easy to use. My first try was declined since it was in a darker bathroom and not super clear. Second I took in a bright room against a white wall. Got confirmation the next day that it'll be delivered. Very happy with this app and hitchswitch.
Really just awful. Doesn't matter that you line up with the face outline of the app and have a blank white or grey background, it won't accept any photos taken. And if your doing this through HitchSwitch then I'm sry you paid the extra. Not worth it, and nor was HitchSwitch. Not at all.
After 9 resubmitted photos they are still denied. They can't use any photo but a professionally done photo it seems
Their team is incompetent. I resubmitted 4 photos and they still couldn't help me. When I asked for specifications they were extremely vague about it and they couldn't answer any of my questions. The app sucks and they're lying when they say they will save you time. It's much easier to go get it done elsewhere.
Customer service was great, but too many issues with the app.'
