The app itself is great. Great background info on the Lectin-Free protocol and great planning tools. The problem is this is a cookbook and you can't access the recipes without a premium subscription and yet no where can you find out the cost or the benefits.
I don't know why this app is even allowed to be downloaded it says it's a cookbook there are no recipes there's not even a complete list of what you can and can't eat on a lectin free diet it's the stupidest thing I've downloaded into my phone and I'm getting rid of it now
Pay for every recipe not well laid out. Doesn't make sense with layout. No resources for foods to eat just random list of off limit foods
