Koneqted allows you a direct connection with family and friends. It also helps you locate and chat with people from your home country who are working or travelling overseas or who have migrated to another country.

In the Map or in the List, you will get to see and interact with everyone within a radius of 500
meters, 1km, or 5km from your location. You will see the variety of the home country, as
represented by their respective flags, of the people around you. . You can click any flag or
name to view their respective profiles.

As an option, you may filter the people within your vicinity based on: a) home country; b)
country currently living in; c) category - - - whether they are migrant workers, permanent
residents or refugees or asylum seekers. (This is especially useful for travelers or tourists who may want to identify and interact with individuals who came from the same home country and/or who may speak the same language)
You may also search any other users wherever they are currently located. This is quite unique and useful especially for those with families or friends working overseas, or have migrated to another country.

When you start a private chat, koneqted creates a direct line on the map connecting you and the other person. This line is created regardless of the distance between the two of you. Whether the distance is a few meters or a few thousand kilometers. Whether you are located in the same street or in different countries (or continents).
