3.0 - is a neutral score. It means that the business is fulfilling the most foundational cleaning guidelines across the different guideline categories.

3.5 - is a good score. It means that the business is going including a wider range of protocols in addition to the foundational guidelines.

4.0 - is a great score. It means that the business is fulfilling the wider range of guidelines and has also implemented its own procedures going beyond expectations.
