How Washloft Works

Step 1: Download Washloft and create an account. Just enter your delivery address and phone number and youre ready to schedule your first order!

Step 2: Schedule an order and a Washloft driver will arrive with your free personalized laundry and dry cleaning bags. Washloft is an earth-friendly company, so please reuse your heavy duty Washloft bags to prevent waste!

Step 3: Washloft staff will clean your clothes using plant-based hypoallergenic detergents and natural products. We will provide you with realtime updates via the Washloft app on the status of your order.

Step 4: A Washloft driver will send you a notification to let you know when they will be arriving with your freshly cleaned items. All payment is handled through the app but Washloft drivers are allowed to accept cash tips if you feel you had a great experience.

Earth Friendly: Washloft uses ECOS Free & Clear laundry detergent. This hypoallergenic, plant-based laundry detergent will leave your clothes with a luxuriously soft feel. Washloft also uses both biodegradable and reusable packing for your order to eliminate waste.

Lightning Fast: Washloft customers enjoy free 24-hour turnaround on all orders, with drop-offs available up to a week after pickup. With Lightning Mode, you can pay a $10 fee to have your Wash & Fold order turned around the very same day!

Order Tracking: See the live status of your order any time in the Washloft app. Youll also receive SMS updates when your driver is picking up or dropping off your order.
