Padres Preparados, Jvenes Saludables is a family-based program for Latino parents and youth. This app along the in-person session participation aims to increase father (caregivers) involvement. Participants will learn (a) Parenting practices and skills building (b) Key nutrition messages and prepare healthy meals together; (c) Physical activity and engage in Zumba, yoga, dance, and relay activities. The ultimate goal of this program is to prevent obesity among adolescents youth by strengthening parenting practices and family relations.,
