By entering a Property Address, Owners Name, Assessors Parcel Number (APN) or search Near by Properties, Austin Title Access can provide real time access to valuable property information.

- If the property address cannot be found, the user is taken to the Near Me functionality which displays a map with properties where profiles are available.

- Users have the ability to add text to their emails that they send with the profiles to their clients, so they can highlight important information and add comments.

- Complete User Interface of the app is changed to latest look and feel.

- Navigation drawer is used for all new menus with new icons for each of the searches.

- Default state and county is chosen for the logged in user for all types of searches.

- Complete Google maps is replaced with Bing Maps thought the app.
