Léger-Boucher Track Test Download

The M.A.S track test, also known as Lger-Boucher test, is meant to determine your maximum Aerobic Speed.

This test is commonly used in P.E classes because it requires less muscle power than the usual Shuttle test. It is a real help in racing activities training sessions because it helps providing a clear statement of your racing capacities / performances.

All you need is a circular track and some cones to perform this test. The M.A.S will then be a benchmark for physical training or the Physical Education lesson.

This app is the up-to-date version of the cassette player with the test and recorded beeps that we experienced a few years ago.

The default starting stage is set to 7km/h but it is possible to adjust the speed level from 5 to 15 km/h as well as the distance in meters between each padfor every 5m.

Notice that all the values come from the metric system.
