I uninstalled the app to be able to install it on my new phone with my also new address and phone number. . Video calls my daughter can hear hears herself echoing. She gets a notified continually that I don't have funds for her to be able to call me. Other people I didnt give permition to spend inmate funds. ie,. relationship issues. FCC .it's illegal to pay for a service that isn't provided ie.missing items.isnt allowed to have her purchasses in her possession. no accountability
`This app is a joke, if I ever get a chance to login its surprising. Constantly getting a no user found error, had to sign up twice just to male it work and even then after signing up, it doesn't recognize credentials. May be an app problem but have the same issue on the web version, just a joke overall. Unfortunately, "this" is the only option so just need to keep trying.`,They charge for video visits that don't connect. They raised the price of visits and they work less than before. It should be illegal to charge the prices they do for less than mediocre service. My facility doesn't allow on-site visits so I don't get one free visit because the system isn't programmed to allow the first 15 minutes of an inmates daily visits free of charge. I know it's possible you money hungry jerks you just want to rip people off and charge unjustly
No I would not recommend it it doesn’t use any iPhones or iPads you can’t use them what good is an app that’s only good on android I give it may be a I was able to use it in the past and when we ran out of money there’s no way to load anymore what the hell is that
Absolutely horrible. Constant issues. Way over price for the terrible service. Video quality lags, cuts out and freezes constantly. Support is very little help and can only be reached via email. You have but to use their system unfortunately.'
