With IMS OnArrival, your patients can:
* Use a barcode scanner and portal login to verify their identification.
* View their list of appointments, and then check in accordingly.
* Walk in directly if they don’t have a scheduled appointment.
* View their copayment.
* Quickly review and update their demographics data.
* Verify their insurance details.
* Fill out and sign forms.
* Choose the Spanish language interface option, making it easy for Spanish-speaking patients to use.
* Automatically logout from the kiosk after a few minutes of inactivity for added security.
