One of the best apps for anyone who is suffering, knows someone who is suffering or just has questions about mental health issues. The app contains information regarding suicide, how to develop a safety plan and also helpful wellness activities. CAMH and Hope by CAMH have both made me feel that I'm not alone in this battle. Thank you ♥️
Nothing here that can't be found with a web search, which is emblematic of CAMH's usefulness. Edit: Downloaded it for another look. Still about as useful as a Google search. Deleted.
