The app cannot connect to the device, device cannot connect to the app. Bluetooth is enabled & my tablet is connected to the proper Bluetooth connection. I got this as a xmas gift. I will re-gift this to the local dump. This happens all too often, these ppl could have a great product but then when it comes to the programmers, they cut corners & go with a budget coder and it ruins everything. I'm really surprised the app is required to use this product all together. GG guys for an epic fail.

Product is amazing for the price. But the sticky pads don't last. After a full body massage in just one day the sticky pads are kindaish sticky.buy athetic tape and use after shower so the pad doesn't Get nasty. Really helped with lower back and legs. I even set myself up like I was getting a real massage face planted down and everything. Take at least 15 mins and you'll feel amazing.

its great when it worked but the app wont conmect. its only been days. i have uninstalled and reinstalled and it will not connect. if I knew where the reciept was I would return in. dissapointed. the app is trash.

Connect. But, please update platform. Very out of date look. Not very user friendly. The products depends on the app, to control and operate the product. This app is as important as the product itself.
