This is a great app for me, because I'm an absolute beginner. Always hated working out but this app is easy to use and for a starter like me it's great. The workouts are easy to follow and I it doesn't make me do the workouts to the point where I usually would quit. It starts slow enough for me that I actually keep doing it and look forward to the next one even when it's my Day to Relax.

i really enjoyed this app because it really helped me focus on my problem areas. The demonstrations were easy to understand. very helpful and i would recommend this to anyone who's winning to change their body via workouts.

This app is great. I recommend it. The only thing is that it doesn't record the exercise time per day. For example if I do more exercise than what is scheduled, it doesn't take it into account.

Counts for planks were in the 1-2 beats. Lot of bench exercises were there which I obviously couldn't do. There is no motivation bit in it. But I managed the 30 days somehow.

I just love this app it is so amazing and useful. I mostly love it for the special exercises that contains in the 30 days challenge. :-):-)'
