Very hard to navigate products, pages load only 10 items at a time, search is erratic, and app crashes when trying to select a different store. The only reason this app has two stars is because it is barely functional if you have enough patience.
Ordered few items (milk, break, panner) on May 13th, they mentioned it will be delivered in 2 hours, which was fine since I live just next to the store. Didn't get any delivery at all, then after 5 days on 18th they rejected my order, no feedback, no reason, after 5 days of lemon tea I switched to bbdaily.
The charge you 20 to 30rs more on the price of app... when asked they say the price on app is listed at night and the items we get in the mrng are of different prices hence difference... every item js charged overly compared to the app... not trust worthy... would unstall it right away... used it just twice and not happy with their online service.. the contact numbers listed on their app and bill is wrong numbers..
You are providing good products and timely. We really appreciate that, but few items in the app showing one rate, when they do billing the rate is more 10 or 20rs, Please update your app and rates everyday. Thank you.
Overall I really liked the app since it was easy to use. Initially I was scared to order but now I always use this application to get the groceries. Good to go....
