Was an Excellent mobile accounting app but on 1/18/22 the app quit working on Android.
Might be a decent app. I'll never know. The app requires registration and has web access version, which means my business information, including my client lists, income, etc., are accessible by the devs, however there is NO READILY ACCESSIBLE PRIVACY NOTICE INDICATING WHAT THEY DO WITH MY BUSINESS DATA. That is unacceptable.
Overall it seems like a good free app but I wish it would Automatically read and enter info from photos and emails of receipts for expenses and payments. Quickbooks I believe does it but with being small business owner I really can't afford their fees plus the most recent ratings for them that I saw read it had some glitches or maybe it was the person's internet connection.
I have been using this since 2017. I had all my data for my business. Now after I tried to back all the data up says I don't have a account and all my data is gone. Now I can't log in or nothing. So all my data was lost from the last 4 years and no back up. I have emailed there support and haven't heard anything. DON'T GET THIS APP.
I like this app so far, good base of data to use for day to day small business. Would like to see the ability to sort invoices, or filter paid invoices. Maybe color coding for past due'
