The app is awful. There is constant buffering no matter what you do (delete the app, restart, etc), and they literally have no help whatsoever. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a subscription BY FAR. Also, I noticed other users have been told by customer service that this is a Samsung phone issue only. This is not true. I have a Pixel 6 and the app does not work at all. As everyone else is reporting, streaming DOES NOT WORK. ALL THAT IT DOES IS BUFFER.
This app is terrible on every platform I try and use it on. On the Xbox, if you pause it, you can't access the play button. On other platforms it has to buffer way more often than it should or the sound just cuts out and it crashes. I know it's not my equipment or connection. The user interface is also not ideal. It's disappointing because this is the only way for me to get ufc ppv events. Hopefully they fix it soon.
Video stream always buffers. Doesn't matter if I'm on wifi with a speed of 600 download and 100 upload or on data with 200 download and 50 upload. I've done everything they suggested and still having issue. Been like this for almost a year. Gave them benefit of doubt to see if they could fix it but nothing. Android 12 with galaxy s20+ but it didn't work on Android 11 either
