Booking cancelled without intimation.Pathetic user experience on the UI. I think they are out of business.
I hired a driver for a long journey as it was an emergency. This driver used to doze off after every 3 hour drive so we had to take breaks of 30 - 40 mins every 3 hour which extended our travel time. Even the car was roughly handled. The driver was shifting gears of my car as if he is shifting gears of a truck. I had previously travelled to Himalayan region, an i got an average of 16 - 18 KMPL but the way this driver was handling my car, the mileage was brought down to 12 KMPL even on plains.
