Container Tracking
Containers are tracked in and out at the gate at real time and the relevant EDI messages are immediately sent to clients. Inward pre-advises are used to advise the depot of containers expected at the depot. Outward pre-advises allows for booking of container by type or specific container number. These pre-advises ensures data integrity and speeds the data captured process.

Repair Quote
An important service in any depot is the repair of containers. This can result in rather tedious capture and calculation. All events from the quotation to the completion of the repair and invoicing have been automated. Quotes can be emailed to the client on demand. This speeds up the exchange of information with the client and hence offers a better service to the client.

Gantry
The tracking of container locations in a space covered by a gantry can be a very complicated task if not controlled properly. If data is not updated in any system manual or computerized the data is unusable and all efforts are in vain to use such a system. CMS has a simple facility to track movement of container in gantry.

Reports
Sufficient reports are provided for the depot and clients. Furthermore, a power query feature allows the user to query depot stock using the most commonly asked questions.

EDI
Our EDI translator enables two-way communication between the depot and the client. EDI messages can either be sent on action of an event or in a batch depending on the clients individual needs. Messages are send for inward tracking, outward tracking, status changes, repair quotes and Invoices. Messages are received for pre-advises.
