We have developed what we believe is the essential measurement tool for your club. It is purposefully simple. It does not integrate with your database system we want you to go into your database system and get it yourself its important.

Each week we just want four bits of data. Each month another two bits. And each quarter another one piece of the puzzle.

We realise its a bit of work (not much though). Frankly if youre not regularly looking at these simple numbers, you re not likely to truly know the health of your business.

We have created an equation using the three key operational bits of data attendance, retention and NPS. The result will give you a single number. We call it the Club Tracker Score. Based on this number you will get a sense of how hoard on the membership growth pedal you should be stamping.

We will rank you against clubs that are kind of like you. We do this using the initial club profile. You will fall into one of only a few categories based on the size, type and location of your club. We will show you what the top clubs in your category scores each week. We will disclose some of the activities these top clubs use to get those results.
