Delicious food, detestable app. I am a massive fan of Chiquito as a brand. They have always been, and continue to be, my go-to chain restaurant (bar TGI Fridays). I managed to book a table with the app but have been unable to look at the menu on any platform - the mobile app, the wevsite, all are dead links. I will always come back because I know the food is great, but the link to the main menu needs fixing as soon as possible for newcomers who don't know what you serve.
`As per all the reviews below... Used to work great. Now it doesn't recognise my email address and password, so you try reset and no email every appears. You 'register' instead of login, and you are greeted with a broken app, no vouchers aside from an expired 'test food' voucher. But yet, constant promotion emails to say "login to the app to get the vouchers" - which you can't do. So I'm not wasting space on my phone for a duff app. It's being removed. Be nice if you sorted it soon but alas...`,Doesn't work, total waste of time. Tried to log in to get vouchers but told me password had expired. Followed the instructions to re-set it but app is totally broken and can't get past this stage. Uninstalling. I would have cancelled my booking too but it wouldn't be fair to upset my two very excited kids.
good for offers. but app is badly thought out. if you press back it closes it. the offers on yhe home page are expired. so not sute why advertising. but the offer of 40% discount on click and collect just about makes it worth the pain. not being able to see order after booking it is frustrating.
