Just scan the capito QR-code on the original document and read the easy-to-understand translation on your smartphone.

The capito app offers easy-to-understand translations of:
- news
- government information
- exhibition information
- product information
- and many other topics

The core functions of the capito app are:
- QR code scanner as link from the hard-to-understand original text to the easy-to-understand information on the smartphone
- information in 3 language levels according to the TÜV-certified capito quality standard (A1, A2, B1 and original texts)
- Topic channels in easy-to-understand language
- Sign Language Videos
- Read aloud function for all contents
- Optional sharing via QR Codes
- English and German content

Understanding information is the basic requirement for an inclusive society and successful communication.
60% of the population understand information up to language level B1. But 68% of corporate and government communication is offered at the much more complex C1 level.
This means that a large part of the information from companies and authorities is not understood and does not reach the target group.
